Asaadhya ("we", "us", "our") is a business automation service based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We build and operate WhatsApp automations, AI voice agents, CRM systems and marketing automations for businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit asaadhya.site, contact us, or interact with an automation we run for one of our Clients.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, phone number, email address and the content of your messages.
- WhatsApp messages: your phone number, profile name and the messages you exchange with a WhatsApp number we operate.
- Call data (AI voice agents): caller phone number, call time and duration, and, where enabled and disclosed at the start of the call, call recordings and transcripts.
- Booking and lead details: appointment times, requested services and similar information you provide.
- Basic technical data: standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider.
2. How we use data
- To reply to your enquiries and provide demos and quotes.
- To deliver the service you asked for: answering calls, sending booking confirmations, reminders, payment links and replies.
- To send messages only to people who contacted the business first or gave consent. We do not make unsolicited marketing calls.
- To keep our systems secure, fix problems and improve service quality.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. When we act for a Client
When you contact a business that uses Asaadhya (for example, a clinic's WhatsApp number), that business decides why your data is collected and we process it on their behalf and under their instructions. Questions about that data can be sent to the business or to us.
4. Service providers we use
We share data only with providers needed to run the service, such as: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), cloud telephony providers, AI speech and language model providers, Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Google (spreadsheets and email). They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by our Client agreement or by law. Call recordings and chat logs are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, and on request where the law allows.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers to protect data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly on any incident.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. To stop WhatsApp messages from a number we operate, reply STOP.
8. Children
Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
