Terms of Service

These terms apply to asaadhya.site and to automation services provided by Asaadhya, Hyderabad, India. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.

1. Services

We design, set up and maintain business automations, including WhatsApp bots, AI voice agents, CRM systems and marketing automations. The exact scope, price and timelines for each Client are agreed in writing (quote, invoice or message) before work starts.

2. Fees and payment

• Setup fees and monthly fees are as agreed in the quote.
• Third-party costs (such as WhatsApp message charges, phone numbers, call minutes and AI usage) are billed as agreed, either included in the plan or passed through.
• Monthly services continue until cancelled. Either party may cancel with the notice period stated in the quote.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, prices and timings for the automation to use.
• Only message customers who have contacted you or given consent, and follow WhatsApp Business policies, TRAI rules and applicable law.
• Do not use our services for spam, cold calling, fraud or unlawful content.

4. AI limitations

AI agents can make mistakes. We configure them carefully and allow transfer to a human, but Clients should review important outcomes (such as bookings and payments). AI agents must not be relied on for medical, legal or emergency advice.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp), telephony providers, AI providers and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or account decisions, but we will help resolve issues.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Data protection

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
